This Privacy Policy explains what information IndiaPRIDE AutoDoc stores and how it's used.

What we store

• Your account details: name, email address, and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text).
• Documents you upload, the values you enter for them, and files generated from them - stored only for your own account's use.

Who can see your data

Your documents and the values you enter are private to your account. Other members - including managers - cannot see or access your documents. Administrators can manage member accounts (add, edit, deactivate, delete) but do not have a dedicated interface to browse member document content.

Third parties

Document generation and preview happen entirely on this application's own server. No document content or values are sent to any third-party service.

Data retention

Your documents and account data are retained until you delete them or your account is removed by an administrator.
